Because all Vacation Plans, Daycation Plans, Trip Flyers, and custom itineraries are personalized digital products created specifically for each customer, all sales are generally considered final once work has started.

However, customer satisfaction matters to us.


BEFORE WORK BEGINS

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before planning work has started.


AFTER WORK HAS STARTED

Once research, customization, or itinerary development has begun, refunds may be limited or unavailable due to the personalized nature of the product.


FLEX-SIGNATURE PLANS

Flex-Signature Plans are specifically designed to provide added flexibility and reusability without requiring complete itinerary revisions.

These plans may help accommodate:

  • schedule changes 
  • weather adjustments 
  • re-use opportunities 
  • shared experiences 


DELIVERY ISSUES

If you experience:

  • missing files 
  • download problems 
  • delivery issues 
  • corrupted documents 

Please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.


QUALITY CONCERNS

As a Peer To Pier Solutions official customer, you will be provided with access to our "review" access. There you will be able to provide your own reviews on the itinerary options that we provided. At any time, you feel like you're receiving a subpar experience we encourage you to contact the owner/manager of that business directly for relief. We would also like to know about the experience as it may affect their position on future products, possibly including an on-site visit from one of our trusted friends.

On the more expected side of the coin, if an experience exceeds your expectations, we would like to know as well through the same "review" access. A positive report could increase their position on future products, and shout-outs through our social media channels.

If something in your delivered plan appears totally inconsistent with your submitted dates and preferences, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the concern.
